How to detect a phony SEAL
After reading an article in the VFW magazine, I thought this article would prove to be useful.

Why do I bring this up? Is it because I am a SEAL trying to protect the honor of my fellow SEALS? No. I am a Information Systems Technician 3rd Class who was medically retired from the Navy in 2000. Before that I was one of those "Supply Pukes" in the rear with the gear. Unfortunately today as in other wars a bogus crop of Iraq and Afghanistan War Veterans are crawling out from under their rocks of empty lives and unfufilled dreams looking for recognition they never earned. Paul Bucha , a Vietnam War Medal of Honor recipient said "We need to protect the integrity of the medals that represent sacrifice because these medals must be presumed to have merit and worth."
